What it is

A hands-on review of how your business actually runs, not a checklist. We look at your email setup, how people log in, how your data is backed up, the devices your staff use, the software and cloud services you depend on, and how a bad day would play out. Then we rank what we find by how likely it is and how much it would hurt.

What you get

  • A plain-English report. Each finding explained in a few sentences: what it is, why it matters to your business, and what to do about it.
  • A prioritized fix list. First, next, and later. Share it with your IT provider or work through it with us.
  • Cyber insurance answers. Accurate responses to the standard questionnaire items, and a short list of fixes if any answer needs to become a “yes”.
  • A 30-minute walkthrough. We go through the report together so nothing is a mystery.

How it works

  1. Free 15-minute callThe call costs nothing. We talk about your business, what’s worrying you, and whether this is a fit. If it is, you get a fixed price for the assessment.
  2. Kickoff and reviewA one-hour conversation about how the business runs, then one to two weeks of review. We work around your schedule and don’t disrupt operations.
  3. ReportYou get the written report and the fix list. Nothing in it is a surprise, because we flag anything urgent the day we find it.
  4. WalkthroughA 30-minute session to go through the findings and decide what to do next. Help fixing things is available, never required.

Who it’s for

Businesses with roughly five to seventy-five people that handle client, patient, or financial information and don’t have a full-time security person. Law offices, dental and medical practices, accounting firms, contractors, real estate offices, and local service businesses are typical.

What it’s not

It’s not a sales pitch. We don’t resell hardware or software. It’s not a penetration test, though we can scope one separately if the assessment shows you need it. And it’s not a scare report. If your setup is in good shape, the report will say so.
